Helping M&A Professionals
Connect, Collaborate, & Close.
ABOUT US
The Keystone Mergers & Acquisitions Council (KMAC) brings together top-tier M&A professionals representing buyers and sellers of businesses ranging from $5 million to $500 million in enterprise value. With a growing presence across Central Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and the Baltimore region, KMAC serves as a collaborative hub for industry leaders to share insights, build relationships, and elevate their practices.
KMAC hosts three meetings per year designed to foster meaningful conversations and professional development.
Our goal is simple: for each member to walk away from every meeting having made one new connection and gaining one new idea to enhance their business or practice.
